Today is the first day of summer! And it is a beautiful sunny day!
In honor of the longest day of the year, I made up a Summer 2011 Bucketlist. This is a list of things I want to do before the Oregon rainy season returns in a few months.

Danielle's Summer 2011 Bucket List
Watch the Sunrise. Watch the Sunset. Go to concerts at the park. Take a road trip. Explore our cute little home town. Ride in a hot air balloon. Go camping. Berry Picking. Find a great location to lay under the stars. Do something different outside everyday. Get a bike. Go to the St. Paul Rodeo.Take many rides in the convertible, and sing at the top of our lungs. Enjoy 4th of July fireworks (since I worked the last couple years). Take Charlie swimming, a lot. Read. TV-Free. Wear more sunscreen. Go barefoot. Paint my toenails a fun summer color every week. Build a bonfire on the beach. Farmer's Market. Walk at least 14 minute mile in the Portland to Coast Relay. Make lots o' gelato. BBQ. Make Root-beer. Go fishing with my grandparents. Skip stones at the river. Run through the sprinklers. Blow Bubbles. Kah-Nee-Ta. Make fresh squeezed lemonade. Hula-hoop. Clean/Organize the garage. Mariner's baseball game. Picnics. Bring my camera everywhere. Go to the Drive-In. Wine tasting. Make homemade popsicles. Take a nap on a hammock. Zoo. Go to the new waterpark in McMinnville. Take a Summer "photo a day", and make a scrapbook.
This is a pretty large list, but hopefully I can cram it into the next few months. Here's to an amazing summer of livin' it up!
